DISPATCHER'S OBLIGATION:

  • Secure Freight Loads: The Dispatcher shall source and negotiate freight loads on behalf of the Carrier.
  • Provide Load Options: The Dispatcher will send multiple load options to the Carrier for review and selection.
  • Communicate Load Details: The Dispatcher will communicate with brokers regarding load information, including rates, pickup and delivery locations, and special requirements.
  • Coordinate Scheduling: The Dispatcher will assist in coordinating pickup and delivery schedules and communicate any changes to the Carrier.
  • Manage Dispatch Paperwork: The Dispatcher will help manage supporting documents as needed for each load.

CARRIER OBLIGATIONS:

  • Dispatch Fee: The Carrier agrees to pay the verbally agreed dispatch fee weekly per truck/driver.
  • Weekly Payments: Payments must be made every Monday via Debit/Credit card for the previous week's loads.
  • Provide Required Documents: The Carrier must supply rate confirmations and supporting documents needed for invoicing.
  • Complete Sign-Up Requirements: The Carrier must finish all onboarding steps and carrier packets requested by brokers.
  • Sign Rate Confirmations: The Carrier signs all rate confirmations for loads booked by the Dispatcher.
  • Provide Updates: The Carrier must give timely pickup, transit, and delivery updates.
  • Follow FMCSA Regulations: The Carrier must operate safely and legally under FMCSA rules.
  • Authorization: The Carrier authorizes the Dispatcher to sign rate confirmations and invoices strictly for load and billing purposes.
  • Liability: The Carrier is responsible for all damages, losses, or liabilities during transport.
  • Hold Harmless: The Carrier holds the Dispatcher and Broker harmless from injury or property damage claims.
  • Regulatory Compliance: The Carrier must comply with all state and federal motor carrier laws.
  • No Restrictions: The Carrier may also book their own loads. No signup or monthly fees apply.
